Information we collect
The retired contact form no longer accepts submissions; historical contact records remain protected under the established retention boundary. Reseller accounts store brand name, name, country, normalized email, a one-way password hash, account status, legal-consent timestamps, last-login time, and timestamps. The protected Upload Playlist flow accepts a device identifier and Device Key solely to authenticate the device. Playlist endpoints and optional provider credentials are encrypted at rest in the dedicated MegaXtream database.
How information is used
Reseller account information provides access to the standalone reseller workspace. Registration creates an account only—not a plan, entitlement, subscription, payment, or commercial approval. Device credentials authenticate access to that device’s playlists. Passwords and Device Keys are one-way hashed and never stored in readable form. Sensitive values are not placed in routine logs.
WhatsApp support
The Contact page and floating support action are ordinary external links. No personal information, page URL, device identifier, account email, playlist detail, credential, session identifier, or tracking parameter is sent to WhatsApp before you actively select the link. Messages you choose to send are handled according to WhatsApp’s privacy terms.
Cookies and tracking
The public pages use no advertising or analytics trackers. Host-only, HTTP-only, SameSite session cookies and CSRF protection secure forms and authentication. Sessions are not shared between the two MegaXtream hostnames.
Sharing and retention
MegaXtream does not share reseller account data with APlus or central 4DP Admin and does not use their authentication systems. Reseller accounts remain until an approved account-retention or deletion process is applied. Device sessions are short-lived and revocable; playlist data remains until the authenticated device owner removes it or the device is revoked.
Your choices
Resellers may securely log out of their workspace. Email verification, password reset, and automated email delivery are not currently offered. Use only legally authorised playlist sources. Formal privacy contact details will be published after verification.
